LewSys is an AI agent setup and integration service operated by Luke Walburn in Streetsboro, Ohio. We set up AI agents for businesses, homes, and tech enthusiasts. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit our website (lewsys.ai) or use our services.

QuickBooks Integration

If your business chooses to connect QuickBooks Online to a LewSys integration, an authorized user connects the selected company through Intuit's authorization page. We do not ask for or receive your QuickBooks password. The connection can give our integration access to accounting information such as company details, accounts, transactions, and financial reports. We use that information to provide the reports, dashboards, and agent answers you request, and to maintain and troubleshoot the connection. We do not use connected accounting data for advertising or sell it.

The LewSys QuickBooks integration is intended for read-only reporting. The Intuit accounting authorization itself may permit broader access, so LewSys restricts the operations available through the integration. Disconnecting the app in QuickBooks stops future authorized access. You can also contact us to request disconnection or deletion of connection data, subject to records we must retain by law or contract.

Connection credentials and report data may be processed by Intuit and by the hosting and infrastructure providers used to deliver the integration. Access is limited to the people and systems needed to provide and support your service. We retain connection data while the integration is active and remove it when it is no longer needed for the service, subject to applicable retention obligations.

Information Collected Automatically

Our hosting provider processes technical request data needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address and browser information. Optional tracking stays off until you agree.
